Welcome to our prized possession and our biggest crowd pleaser, the spinning class. Recipe for possessing Canada’s number one spinning class. Unlimited number of spinning bikes + the most meticulously designed program and music, + the absolutely most dynamic and charismatic instructors.

So, what exactly is, spinning?

Spinning is an intense cardiovascular training session performed on stationary bikes. This one-hour session is masterfully conducted by one of instructors at the rhythm of specifically selected music. Initiated by a warm-up period proceeded by an intense cardiovascular rhythm. The cardiovascular period alternates between a slow and a fast pace. The workout is engineered in this manner so that you may experience a multitude of physical and psychological sensations while respecting the principal fundamentals of training.


It represents a highly effective option for those interested in losing weight while having fun! This coarse is for all regardless of your present physical condition because each participant controls their own proper level of resistance and rhythm.
